Course Curriculum Overview
In smvdu btech is good course for students but there is no such placement likes other colleges but the faculty members are very hard working and cooperative best course in smvdu is btech in cse and BBA.
Internships Opportunities
As the second year students currently I am not applied for any type of internship but I say TCS provides the internship program in the college for the role of web developer and mostly coding more time.
Placement Experience
After the 6 semester students can be eligible for sitting in campus placement but there is some criteria like no current backlog and cgpa above 6.0 . near about 14-15 companies visit per year and mostly are Mnc's and others are startups. The highest package is 70 lakhs per year. Almost 70 to 80% students get placed every year. My plan is build a start up after completion of degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is high as compared to the other colleges and according to course it is not value for money. Total fee of 1st year is 1,69,750 rs and after that next years you have pay 20000 thousands less than previous one which 20000 is security fee. Many scholarships available for students based on Jee main ranking.
Campus Life
In smvdu every year 2 to 3 tech fest organized per year by the college eg TITIKSHA, RESURGANCE,TECHFEST and many more. SMVDU has it own central library which is fully equipped by books every book is available in the library. The projectors facilities provide whiti the classroom. Many sports events organized in SMVDU like SPL(smvdu premier league). And many clubs in smvdu is handled by the senior students and officials of SMVDU.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is quite good according to its fees the fees of Hostel is 20000 per year and mess fee is 24000 per year and mess food is good. Hostel is not compulsory for every student in SMVDU. P.G is very near to college if you want to rent it it costs 5000 per room.
Admission
Students get in college by clearing the entrance exams First one is cuet and other is jee main for tech courses jee main is compulsory. Apply through university web site and application fee is 1000 rs . No such type of reservation Is for general category.
