The college campus is very large and good
The library is also very good and having many varieties of books
The teachers is also very good and helpful to us

Dislikes

Water cooler of our College is not neat and clean
Canteen seats are not that much good and food is not sufficient for all students
The library is not that much big there are less books on it

The Course curriculum is very good and easy in college and the teachers in this College is very nice and helpful the teaching method of teachers is very good and effective they teachs us from smart board also

The fees structure of college is 60000 per semester and the scholarship is given to students is 20000 rupees per semester the complete cost of our College is 60000 including tution fees the college is also providing placements in this College .

Campus Life

Overall experience of this campus is very nice and good in this College there are various clubs like technical , literary , etc. there are various sports that we can play like cricket, badminton etc .the college library is also very good .

Admission

First of all we have to give HPCET paper and then we have to go for paper and then the paper is cleared we have to go for counselling in hptu for college selection the college is selected by us only for sets

Placement Experience:

Chandigarh-based companies or the startups, and training institutes come here. Companies like Meander Software, Bebo Technologies, Novem Control, BookingKoala - Sales Hungary, etc. companies come. Average package is 3.8 LPA, and 50% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is working in an IT company.

yes they povide placements. After 6th sem, means in 7th sem you are eligible for placement and apply for companies based on their requirements. Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon and many more visits every year. Highest is the PPO of 93 lakhs and placement of 60 lakhs. around 93% are placed who registers for placements Average CTC is around in between 18 to 22 lakhs

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

Environment of my college

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.
