Overall Development

My overall experience of this college was good and i was glad to study here. The management present here is the best and helped me in my overall development.

I opted for this college because of its name in the field of education and for best opportunities in future. Another reason for opting this is that some of my known persons have been graduated from this college and are well established in their field.

The course I opted for was B.Tech(Mechanical) and the curriculum offered was covering every aspect of education and resulted in my overall development. The subjects which were included in my course are the best and most important ones. The books associated with the subjects were also available in the library.

In my course our last semester is purely of internship and project. My internship at ALP Nishikawa Co. Pvt. Ltd. was arranged by the university and the stipend which i was getting was Rs.10,000 per month. My overall experience there was satisfactory as i learned many new things and was provived a nurturing atmosphere.

Placement facilities in this college is not so excellent as this college is newly established and is still developing its resources. But overall placement facilities which i got according to my course was excellent and there were different companies participating in the placement procedures.

apart from getting gazetted holidays, students are also introduced to different celebrations made on several special occasions. Some of these celebrations covered Diwali, Holi, Lodhi, flag hosting on republic day, and many more. University organizes its own sports day and cultural day in which students participate actively.

The fee structure of this university is logical and feasible as well. If the fees of other colleges are to be compared to Jagannath University, then its very cheap. Lowering the fees for students does not forces the college to reduce its facilities or quality of it. Hence the services students are availing is best in class.

There is a scholarship facility provided by the university which can be availed by any student who are eligible for it with ease. I got a scholarship and it was provided on my marks of class 12 board exams.

Campus life provided by Jagannath University is best and the problem of ragging here is near to zero. There is a friendly atmosphere in the college where everyone interact and share thoughts without any fear. The most interesting thing about this campus life is that we get to see a huge diversity and students from all over the world.

Since this college is newly established. So, all the infrastructure and the things included are new and of best quality. Hostel itself includes different facilities like gym, sports grounds and sports equipment. There is an inbuilt massive kitchen in the hostel where all the food for the students is freshly made. The taste of the food and the products ued in making is of the highest standards.

The senior students of this college are very helpful and especially the one in the hostel. They are always ready to share their experience and to help the juniors with the problem they are facing.

The exam structure can be categorized as semester wise exams and mid semester exams which are conducted in the mid way of every semesters. The end semester exams are of 800 marks combined of total 8 subjects. Whereas the mid sem exam is of only 250 marks combined of total 6 subjects.

After passing my class 12th board exam, I appeared for JEE Main and scored 147 marks. Further in the counselling process i opted this college in the spot round and my admission was wade within a week.After getting the admission i went to the college and completed my documentation.

The faculty present here is very helpful and is always ready to ease the curiosity of the students. All the faculty members are highly qualified and The hostel in increasing your knowledge. the
