Course Curriculum Overview
In kerala ktu is the head of examination of engineering. The semesters are very short and the course in each sem is very difficult and syllabus was vast. There is short time of period in between each semester exams and there is a short tim period of leave in semester end. Students need to study the subject in a practical wise. Experiential learning is a great teaching method because it encourages creativity, helps students learn from mistakes, fosters reflective thinking, and prepares students for future experiences. Internships Opportunities
I have a good experience in the internship facility provided in our college. Thats was a strength in our college to have a good internship facility other than other government colleges.I chose this course because of my interest in it. Our college conducts extracurricular activities.About 20% of students got internships in companies QBurst, L&T, SOTI, etc.
Placement Experience
Form the 7th semester we can eligible to get the campus placements. But there is few numbers of campus placements in our college. We need a good placement cell in our college. Name of companies i dont know. Percantage of students getting placement is 50%. My ambition is to get a M-TECH after B-TECH.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have egrantz scholarship. Therefore there is no extra fee in each semester. There is a fee of 2625? for exam registration. Im studying in a government college. Therefore,there is no extra fee for studying. Based on reservation there each student get the egrantz scholarship In my college there is few availability for the placement after graduation. That is needed to changed. Each student with high cgpa could get a campus placement and get a good internship facility
Campus Life
Our college is a government college Government engineering college wayanad. In my college there is a lots of technical fests held. *Arts fest *campus magazine launch *union inauguration *holi *Valentine's day
Hostel Facilities
Im living in a hostel far away from 2 kilometers from the college. The hostel fee is 5000 in each month including food and accommodation. The hostel is a PG, but im not satisfied in that PG. Because food is not good and travelling to the college is very difficult. The meal contain with a good breakfast. That was awesome, but others are average The hostel have the facility of WI-FI and have two bathrooms and toilet. The hostel including of 20 students from different areas of our Kerala state.
Admission
At the time of application of the entrance examination and admission process there is some kind of reservation for each category. Reservation gets easier to make an admission than a rank holder. That is not a fair decision to involve in a admission process. I will not support that type of system. The government college should have more seats in each course than the previous year Application of the entrance examination can apply through online The entrance examination is a 3 hour exam including mathematics, mechanics, physics, chemistry, general knowledge..
