College with good values

I have chosen civil engineering as my major degree. It is so chilling but the grades are very tough compared to other departments. Students here are not well trained in practical learning.No research initiatives taken but very soon our department is going to take this responsibility.

And less percentage of students got an internship on our campus like around 30-40%. The highest stipend was 33000/- and the lowest was 6000/-. The average stipend is good and will be approximately 12000.

In our seniors batch, the placements were 76% and the average is about 6.58 lakhs per annum, I am talking only about Civil Engineering IIT Bombay. Overall they had an excellent placement season last year. The highest was 36 lakhs per annum who got placed in Singapore in a marketing and consultancy company and lowest was 5 lakhs L&T, TCS, Mahindra, Mumbai metro, reliance and other non-core companies including banks like Citi banks, yes bank. The students were offered as junior consultants in the marketing field.

Apart from Academics, there will be a huge number of participants in cultural, technical, and extracurricular activities. Seniors so friendly with us and ragging is strictly banned on campus. And there will be tight security and check post for every 0.5kms

We will pay 90,000(tuition fees) + 35000(hostel fees+mess)=1,25,000/semester Hostel fee includes room rent, internet charges, water charges, insurance, hospital, cleaning charges, security deposit, bus fee

Our SBI branch situated on the campus gives loans to all the students studying here. College provides MCM scholarship, which refunds our semester fee at the end of the semester

Yes, I am residing in my hostel. It is best for what we pay. we pay 15000INR/semester which will include everything that student needs(including bus, hospital). The maximum number of people who can reside in a room is 2people. It contains 1fan and 2lights and two tables and a chair. In the case of food, it is clean and healthy.

The faculty of the civil engineering department is very awesome they don't put much pressure on the students in case of projects or lab report submissions. They will give us good grades at the end of the semester. As we were given top-quality professors who had done their BTech, MTech, and Ph.D. in Foreign and top universities in the world. They will upload the lectures in the form of slides and even tutorial pdfs.
