Journeys never end

The course is dealing with human diseases and their management. So it should be handled with precise care. The new curriculum introduced is focusing on experience based learning. Is is very much helpful. The faculties here are trying their level best to ensure learning.

The internship is done in the hospital itself for one year. The hospital is so famous and has a lots of patients with wide variety of diseases. Even rarest cases are also seen here. So it adds to the academic knowledge and practical skills a doctor needed

We should pay 25,000 as yearly fees and 600 rupees as hostel fee per month to the government. In addition to that mess fees of 120 RS per day ( 40000+ in an year ) and establishment fees of 8400 per year is paid to the hostel administration. Also, there is additional price for textbooks , records, log books , medical accessories etc. The amount is less compared to private medical college , still it may feel heavy for the students with poor family background. For me , I am below poverty line and it's difficult to play.

Since it is a medical college , the college administration provides very less extra curricular interventions. But the college students union conduct engough programmes using their own fund. So , I feel like the students mental health is not well appreciated in the environment . We have a good library. But some of the books are old edition

There are 3 students in each room. Each student is provided with her own almirah , table , chair and bed. The facilities are over all good. Meal is nice compared to other colleges for the money given.

My admission was based on NEET - UG entrance rank list. I had 1 only one year preparation for the exam. The admission was purely based on rank list. I got admission in one of the renowned medical colleges of India. The process was quite complicated and took so much time.
