Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus of the course is quite vast And difficult to learn I suggest making it little bit easier and quite smaller so that students can easily pass The exam is conducted sem wise It is conducted once in every six months

Class Size: 53Course Fees: INR 9650 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 9650 per year and estimated total fees including hostel fees is 300000 something I am eligible for no scholarship program at present Our college isnt providing any stipend for the btech course

Tech fest is conducted once in every year Library is present in our college books are quite available in our college Art fest sports meet are conducted once in every year IEEE gbot are some of the clubs present in our college

Admission

The eligibility of the course is passing plu two and qualifying keam entrance exam 50% of the seats are reserved The entrance exam is conducted once in every year I suggest making the admission process faster

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
