Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I am very curious about science and engineering. The syllabus for the course is quite tough and vast. I suggest rechecking it and making the necessary changes so that everyone can qualify Btech. The exam is conducted sem-wise, it is conducted once every six months.

Class Size: 53Course Fees: INR 9650 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee is 9650 and the overall estimated amount cost is around 3 lacks for four years including hostel fees and exam fees. Currently, I'm not pursuing any college job roles. Our college does not provide any stipends for BTech students.

Campus Life

We have contacted magazine publications, freshers day, Diwali night, Halloween party, iftar meet, arts fest, sports day, etc. The library is quite good and a vast book collection is available and it is very helpful for our studies. Art Fest sports meet is conducted once every year.

Admission

The eligibility for the course is completing 12th in any board exam or CBSE exam and qualifying keam entrance exam with a good score. The application form for the entrance exam can be found on cee.govt.in. The exam is conducted once every year and it's easy to qualify.

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
