Course Curriculum Overview
Specific aspects of my couse is a combination of computer science and information technology which gives a wide knowledge about programming and basic structure of coding .it emphasis on practical skills like project based learning and internship. The curriculum does a commendable job in preparating for students in real world scenerious through hands on project and internship .it also gives the knowledge about problem solving skills.The college also gives the well disciplined nature for doing curriculum activities and it also gives the opportunity for doing other curriculum activities. The teachers are very good with knowledge and skill teaching of all teachers are very good.all teachers are well educated.but in first year the college have required to implement more technical course in first year rather than the basic 10 and 12 class course . The frequency of exams are well good and held 3 times in a semester and then final exams are held.
Fees and Financial Aid
When I take addmission in college the fees was 138500 and after passing year and year the fees is decreasing every next year. The complete cost of one year is nearly about 125000 which include tution fees,service fees and other compulsory charges. There is so many scholarships are found in college .there are some college scholarships and some government scholarships . I have been part of cyber peace centre club and organised various events with club and also taken the responsibility of coordinator.
Campus Life
There are so many fest are happening in college one is annual fest which is known as epoque event this is college annual event for fun and other is technical event just like hackathon and sprint hackathon.college also organised sports fest is happening one time in a year . All books are available in library which can be issued for 15 days limit and college also provide the online library option. The classes are well decorames and with centralized ac and with smart board. The sports and extra curricular activities always happening in college. There are so many technical and non technical club in college.whuch gives so many opportunities apart from college opportunities.
Admission
The minimum qualification for BTech is (10+2) pass out with pcm minimum marks required is 45%. Addmission in BTech is based on two methods first is jee mains based and another is direct addmission. you have to first qualify jee main exam and fill the UPTU councelling form on based on jeemain rank.and second option is direct addmission which is based on your 12 marks and also registration form is found on our KIET official website. where form is opened before the jee main and there is 15 % seats all available in all branches for direct addmission students. The application form for direct addmission students is on our college official website and for jee main student who have to fill first UPTU councelling form on based on jee main. There is no reservation for any student.the addmission is based on only merit based. The frequency of exam in one semester is 3 there are 2 class test and 1 pre University test. There is no area required for improvement in college .
