The college placement are starting from 3year onwards. Average package students get here is almost 1 lakh per annual. 10% students are getting placements which is less compared to other colleges. My plan is to find some it job and doing it.

Fees and Financial Aid

This fees is essential for this course i found that it's fair to give this fees to the college. The complete of my education is almost 3lakhs including hostel fees and exam fee. Central swctor scholarship provides 12000 per year. I participate in many club activities such as ieee and gbot.

Magazine publication, spots, Diwali, freshers, union day, valentine's day, haloween, ifthar.Our college library has almost all book that are essential for a student.we have well experienced faculties.Sports and extracurricular activities in our college was Well organised.IEEE ISTE,G BOT, NSS, KARMA.

Hostel Facilities

Menshostel in our college has only a little vacancy also to get mens hostel we have to pass many criteria. I am staying in a private hostel where 6members can stay in a room and it has attached bathroom. Food is just adjustable. Locality is good.

Hostel Fee: INR 47500 per year

Admission

I passed 12th and qualified kerala engineering entrance exam. I did all admission application process through Akshaya centre with all my documents. I have EWS reservation. It took 2 months to take admission in the college. Add more staffs for the admission process so it will not take much time to complete admission process.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
