Remarks

The admission process is mainly trough an entrance test named keam . The exam fee costs around almost 800 indian rupees . The exam is moderately tough and more more easier Jee. The exam is divided into two sessions , morning and evening .

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very structured and developed . The course syllabus is very updated and it's really helpful to increasing the in depth knowledge of the subject . The teachers and faculties are really very helpful and they teach very simply and powerfully.

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 9650 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee costs around 9650 indian rupees . There are lots and lots of scholarships provided by the college management . The main scholarships are mace alumini scholarship , snehapoorvam , and pta fund scholarship. And there are also scholarships for sc , st and oec students .

Campus Life

Campus Life is very wonderful and amazing . The main events are sanskriti and takshak here . The campus is filled with full of greenery . The college supports so many clubs . IOT, IEEE ,ASME,SAE ,NSS are so of the main clubs here .college also promotes sports also

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET. One of the best government aided college

I chose this college considering the distance from my home. Good facilities and the environment of the college. This college supports extracurricular activities.
