The climate in our college is one of the best climate we have .
The faculties in our college is the best facilities we’ve got,who completed their higher studies from IIT and NITS
There’s no ragging in the collage and the seniors are very friendly.

Dislikes

There’s no a city life in the area also the night life
College infrastructure is to be developed,it is a little bit weird
There’s a lot to study and lots of projects and assignments

Course Curriculum Overview

I took the course Electrical And Electronics Engineering,the course is little bit tougher competition to other courses. in the first area you have to study every basic subject.Attend classes ,take notes and study well to avoid supplementary exams

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 128000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is much lower compared to other engineering colleges because it is government and facilities are like medium facilities . There will be 8 semesters and the tutoin fee for the each semester is 9460.

Campus Life

Campus life is a little bit boring because we've a lot to study and there'll be a lots of assignments,projects and else. there will be many programs because it's an engineering college and quality has a good climate and the ambience of the college is really good, but there is no good town near the college and the food is average

Admission

Eligibility of the course is higher secondary and next step is to apply for the examination KEAM . exams all are average and syllabus is same as 12th board syllabus. 35,000 rank and I had a reservation on MU category.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
