I choose this course because i like engineering from 10th std.I like to invent many things in my life. It make me more creative and enthusiastic and it helps me to know more about technology.Use more virtual teaching method and add some more ITT profesors .

Fees and Financial Aid

The tusion fee in our college is very affordable become it is under kerala government.The fee is about 9650? per year for a student.This fees is essential for this course. i found that its fair to give this fees to the college.The complete of my education is almost 3 to 3.5 lacks including hostel fees and exam fees.

Campus Life

In our college we have many annual activities like tech fest , arts day sports day , and many cultural activities and religious days etc are held here.The sports and extra curricular activities are very active here.we have a good library and we access it at any time. The facilities and technology here are very helpful.

Admission

I got admission in this government engineer college Wayanad through an entrance exam like KEAM.I have OBC reservation.It took 2 months to get admission in the college . This college is 2nd last college in ranking in kerala.Add more staffs in the admission process so that it reduce time consumption.

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
