The course is entirely planned focussing on one's entire development so as to prepare not only for exams but also for higher coding jobs like that of fang. The courses are strictly made so as to train students and make them ready to face every problem and ace them ease. The courses are highly application based involving high level thinking of the students. Several projects are assigned to students which help in their overall development. In one semester 3 exams take place .the final is the end sem carrying the max weightage.

The college provides students with many internship opportunities. Companies like TCS ,Wipro ,Goldman sachs,and even google have hired interns form our college. The stipend usually varies from 60k per month to 80k. This can go higher accordingly. Many students bagged internship opportunities in fang companies as well.

College promises placements of the eligible students in reputed companies like TCS and many other. Students become eligible for internship form the 5 th semester and for final placements in their last semester. The highest package was of 86 lakhs per annum and avg cse package stands at about 12- 14 lakhs per annum. The selection ratio is about 85-90 percent.

The tuition fees is pre-planned and rarely increases as it's a govt institute. However the complete course completion costs around 8 lakhs for the tuition fees as it is a four year course program. Other compulsory charges include hostel and mess charges nearly amounting to same as that of tuition fees. Several national scholarship programs are there like nsp and other state scholarships. But the institute as of its own does not has any scholarship program. Several Internship opportunities are provided to students and at the end they are provided with promising jobs in reputed companies,with decent packages have been awarded.

There are several fests held. The cultural fest named abhivyakti, is the biggest fest of the college taking place in March. Several other tech fests like tantrafiesta also take place time to time . Collge has a diversified collection of books in its library. Most of the books required to students are available. Also collge provides books through an e library as well Collge however lacks in use of digital boards. Many sports events take place regularly lile kshitij and inter and intra iiit.

The admission is done by josaa and csab. One has to qualify jee mains and secure a decent percentile to secure a seat in this college . After jee the admission process is quite easy and hassle free.one just has to fill the priority order in counselling accordingly. Once seat is alloted the physical counselling takes place and finally seat is alloted. The cutoff for general male for cse branch in josaa is nearly about 27k rank in jee mains . Jee mains takes place twice in a year .all the information regarding jee mains can be found on its official site. The competition level is soaring for jee.
