Likes
- Courses and faculties are good. Some of the faculties are annoying sometimes but most of them are good.
- Hostel Life was much better than I expected we have free wifi here. Which makes very much sense to study online or have a proper entertainment
Dislikes
- College compus is of 110 acres but only 3-4 is occupied other land has no infrastructure. But as it is developing College it is good enough.
- It is way out of the city. To reach nearest city we have to travel 5 kms in citybus or travel by e autos.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am currently 1st year student so mostly there are common subjects and courses. But from 2nd year courses such as Machine learning and AI development will be introduced to us. According to my 1st year experience 8/10 rating.
Internships Opportunities
Our college runs a online internship program for the students who are interested to grab opportunities and dive into the working world. I have not yet applied to any internships but I know some of my 1st year friends who are doing their internships.
Placement Experience
Placement was one of the most important things that attracted me towards this college. I had low percentile, so I have to look for a tier 2 but good placement orientated college. The avg package of my college is 14 lpa. Also it provides many internships opportunities. Also they are encouraging us to make our own startups and be and entrepreneur yourself.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure varies according to the even or odd semester and also depends on which semester you are applying. There are various scholarships available such as MahaDBT for Maharashtraian students, national scholarship for our of state students and also some state wise government scholarship are available.
Campus Life
There are 2 major fests in a year, 1. Tantra Fiesta:- Tech fest. 2. Abhivyakti:- Cultural fest. Tantra Fiesta is organised in even semester. Abhivyakti is organised in odd semester. Also college has many clubs runned by students which organise many other entertainment sub events in such events. There are also many small scale events in college for entertainment purposes.
Hostel Facilities
Our college has 2 choices 2 seater and 4 seater rooms. I have persuaded a 2 seater room. Room is of decent size. They have given us a wardrobe and 2 chairs and 2 desk for each student in the room. Meal quality is mess is also decent. But that is subjective according to the students some may like a particular menu and other might hate it. But according to me it is of decent level, no soo good and also not much worse. Affordablility is a issue because per year hostel takes around 1,20,000 rs. Location of my hostel is inside of the main campus.... Around 300-400 meters away from main academic building.
Admission
Eligibility is based on JEE MAINS percentile, I am a SC student so I got admission on 90.4%ile. We can find all the admission details on our college's website. A semester lasts for 3-4 months and every month a exam is conducted viz, sessional -1, sessional -2 and at the end End semester exam.
