The college is good if you are focused on your dreams and have a proper goal in life this is where u have a chance.

This college was recommended to me by one of my friends who was my senior in this college. The college is almost 110 years old and has a good reputation in the maritime industry, which also increases the chance to have a job. Its also provides with campus placements in the leading companies.

The curriculum is divided into 3 years with 6 semesters in which the 5th semester is of industrial training in which the college sends us to leading hotel chains and brands. The 3 core subjects are housekeeping, food production and food and beverage service there are also other subjects like HR POM A/C etc these subjects make a total of 7 each semester.

Yes, the college provides with an internship in the 5th semester. They send us to big brands or chain hotels for an internship. Stipend differs from different hotels.

For campus placements, the college invites the best companies in the world. They do the interview in there own way and if u are found worthy u will have the job. In our batch of 54 everyone got placed into different companies the placement was 100% which is all because of the name of the college in our seniors.

The main events celebrated in our college are the students passing out parade which occurs two times a year as the students pass out in a batch of 6 months. Then we have our food festival completely organized by the students. We also celebrate republic day and independence day with a parade and other cultural programmes

Fees are divided as per the semester its approx 45000 for the education per semester and 30000 per semester for hostel and mess. Its quite expensive but the money spend is worth it. The extra expense of 2000-4000 may come per month as per one's own usage. The laundry charges are apart from this.

Campus life is just awesome there are many sports promoted by college such as football basketball volleyball cricket table tennis carrom etc. Labs are made so realistic that it gives a live exposure to that on work there are many competitions held on various sports and also we got a quiz competition. The college only consists of male students.

Hostel facility is made such that its similar to that of a ship the room is small and 2 rooms have a common bathroom and toilet for a total of students. Mess provides with good and healthy food with one nonveg meal per day. There is a cyclic menu system in the mess.

Seniors are very helpful they guide us properly and are always ready to help us whenever the need is.

The complete course is divided into 6 semesters each semester is of 7 subjects each subject has 3 units in it the exam is divided into practicals and written exams. Written are of 70 marks and practicals are of 20 marks remaining 10 marks are of internals.

I had been known about this college through my friend. Firstly i met the admission incharge he took my oral interview then i was taken to the course co-ordinator and principal who explained to me about the course and its scope to the future. Then i went through the medical check up and a fees of ?30000 was paid as confirmation of admission.

The faculty of college is highly qualified and all kind of friendly towards students they take care of us as if we are there own children. All the faculty makes sure that the children are properly disciplined and well behaved in the college. They train us to become an asset to where ever we go.
