Entrance Preview
Because of its excellent infrastructure, academics, placement, and a student-friendly teaching and learning environment. The college is enabled with the smart system which varies rare in other colleges. And as compared to other college and universities course fee is affordable.
Course Curriculum Overview
Very strict but student friendly. Here teachers are very friendly to a student and being an average student I found the teaching and learning system was simple for me. We do have smart classrooms, ac rooms, well-furnished toilet, and RO and UV purified drinking water near the class room.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, both local and national internship program were available. The college has signed MOU with NTPC, Infosys, Parle G etc. And in summer vacation this organization call upon some selected student for their internship program.
Placement Experience
Around 50 to 60 companies conduct campus interviews in our college, in both on and off format. The college has signed MOU with Infosys, TCS, Wipro and with many companies. They conduct campus interviews for both core and noncore students. Noncore students like students belonging to Mechanical, EE, EEE etc can face both Software companies and core companies irrespective to their branch.
College Events
We have annual tech fest for around one week, followed by sports. We have separate student club guided by one faculty member for robotics, music, debate, programming, rangoli etc. After the end of each month, we do have certain events conducted for students with attractive prizes.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes very feasible. As compared to the facilities given by college, fees structure is up to the mark. Our college fee is less than most of the deemed universities. As compared other colleges we don't have any hidden fee structure. our fee structure is clearly available on the college website.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college has signed MOU with PNB bank and getting an education loan is very easy. And college also providing the scholarship to meritorious students those have an excellent career and good GPA.
Campus Life
All the labs are smart labs. We do have a ragging free campus. We have separate student clubs guided by one faculty member for robotics, music, debate, programming, rangoli etc. After the end of each month, we do have certain events conducted for students with attractive prizes.
Hostel Facilities
Very good. We have nonveg items for 5 days a week . Especially the breakfast is very delicious. As compared to mess fees food are so tasty. In Nonveg we have chicken, mutton, prawn, fish, egg and some time mix of them. And in veg, we have paneer, mushroom etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, they are very helpful. In fact, we are in constant touch with each other. In various events, we visit the college campus and have a get-together.
Exam Structure
Our college follows but exam system. We have separate exam rooms to conduct only exams. GITA is famous for its strict exam system. Even if other colleges have their exam center in GITA, due to its strictness. We have three kinds have exam - internal, practical, semester.
Admission
I got a rank in ojee, and according to my rank i had given choices in CV Raman, TACT, GIET gunupur, GITA bhubaneswar. But from the past record i found that GITA is better than all of these. And it is located in heart of odisha near bhubanesawr. Very close to city, bus stand, airport and station.
Faculty
Very Talented, expert in their respective areas, very friendly very strict towards attendance in the classroom. Most of them are Ph.D. holders from IITs and NITs, and few of them are continuing Ph.D. Even in the lab's teachers are very cooperative and friendly
