A good thing is a friendly environment for the students and researcher. But the bad thing is that the hostel facilities. so I suggest to management to improve the facilities of hostels just one step ahead by which students get attracts more to stay in the hostel.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and syllabus of each semester have been designed by the BPUT which is very advanced compared to another university. The course curriculum is very practical oriented and industry oriented which will help the students to get the job in the industry. Each and everything of the course can be accessed through the BPUT website directly by all.
Internships Opportunities
Yes college provides intership. The general stipend is about 10k to 15k per month.In each and every summer vacation students go for inetrship. During the internship students get so much of exposure towards latest technology, machines,tools and instruments used in the industy.
Placement Experience
The placement of GITA is very excellent. Infosys is the first company comes in every year and takes around 100+ students. After that other various companies like MindTree, Coca-Cola, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, L&T Infotech and many more companies come and take the students as per their requirements.
College Events
There are many events are celebrated in a year. Annually one annual function followed by the technical events and annual sports meet. In an semester there will be departmental events like Ganesh puja, paper presentation etc. Apart from that other competition like debate competition etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very feasible compare to other private college in Bhubaneswar.It includes semester fees, Hostel fees,Transportation fees,and food charges.The fees per semester which is very feasible compare to other college fees structure.Thers is no hidden charge though out the 4 years.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are various scholarships are available for various types of students.For the Odisha SC/ST students the prerana scholaships available. Thorough this each students get around 70-75k. Also loan facilities are availabe for the desirable students.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities like robotics, debates, sports and other are held in each year and semester in a particular within a stipulated time. Due to which our students get exposure to various other college students. Though this extracurricular activities students get more exposure towards the outside world.
Alumni/Alumna
Here alumni network is very strong. There is a perticular section which will take care of this network. In the annual function the Senior students are coming and interacts with the students.
Exam Structure
The Exam Structure is totally follows the BPUT exam structure. It includes two semester examaminations per year,two internal examination per semester, Two suprise test per each semester,Two quiz test per semester and Lab Test which includes VIVA, Quiz Test and Experimental Test.
Admission
To get admission in GITA, the first thing is that you should have good rank in JEE main entrance Exam.Luckily i got admitted in GITA with good rank. Trough e-counselling i got the admission in GITA.After that other documentation work completed in this college.
Faculty
Faculty of GITA are very hardworking and friendly towards the students. They all are highly qualified and experience in academic. They guided the students like the mentor. Always they are trying to motivate the students to get the placements in various companies.
