Entrance Preview

I belong to Bhubaneswar and this college is near to my house so my parents to want me to study in this college. I too know about this college and it's facilities before. So I choose this college for my future and that time I am really excited about.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is something which is important during student life and students should give more emphasis to it. I am an average student so I am not so serious but not so careless also. It was good and moreover, my teachers and my friends supported me a lot.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, they provide and not the only internship they also provide study tour program for our overall knowledge improvement so I am really thankful.

Placement Experience

For me I must say, I got a nice opportunity to set my future goals and got a chance to start my career with a nice company, they trained me so well that I got a chance to work with bigger projects with which I can make myself a better person. My parents too happy with my achievements.

College Events

We have different annual events other than that we too have inter college compilation which held in different college, I participated in many events and that helps me to expose my inner talent and I also reduce my stage fear, I too manage to develop myself.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I belong to an economically sound family, so I didn't face any difficulty during payment of tuition fee. I too helped my friends financially as I have made a few good friends here and my parents have no objection with that too. In this particular I am lucky.

A loan, no I didn't need that so I can't say more on it. Scholarship, as I said I was an average student so ...

Campus Life

I spent 4 years of my life here, made new friends, good memories and also department faculty, hod, and management everyone is comparative so I didn't have any bad memories here rather I can say I spent my best lifetime here so I really feel lucky.

Hostel Facilities

As I already said I live near the college so I personally can't say any good or bad about it but some of my friends are there and they are complaining about few things but during puja the decoration and food are good I got few chances in these occasions so.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Exam Structure

BPUT is the university and its examination process is very organized as we have 6 paper in one semester and before each paper, we got preparation time so ultimately it helps our preparation in a better way. It helps me to grow gradually and I manage to score better.

Admission

As I have maintained my JEE Mark help me during this process. I have chosen this college at the time of online choice locking and after that I got a call from this college for admission so I went with my parents for final admission and now I am here .

Faculty

Facilities are more like our guardian they guide us in each situation whether it's related to our study or our future. They care for our performance and also our overall improvement. I really thankful to all my faculty members to bear me and made me a good person.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

The reality of GITA AUTONOMOUS college

There are 3 ways to join this college. 1.JEE councelling If you have the rank in between approximately 350000 to 1500000 , then you can join in this college without any problem. 2.OJEE councelling 3.You can get management seats if you passed in 12th examination with PCM subject selection . But you have to score more than a specific mark in the PCM subjects. You can apply to get admission in this college by Jossa councelling (jee) website and ojee councelling website. If you want to join by jossa councelling then you have to fill up the form by asked documents and 10000 councelling fees. Admission process is quite easy but there is also an another process in which you just have to contact the college admission department and you have to give 20000 and the college go through every process of the admission by themselves.
