About my college

I am studied in mechanical engineering in GMR institute of technology We have an excellent curriculum with a syllabus which are on going topic happening in the real world This helps have a high chance to get jobs with a good package There are some areas for improvement in the college curriculum and teaching methods they are using more ppt so I suggest for using less ppts and get practical knowledge They conduct exams very frequently with a gap of every 2 months And the exams are slightly difficulty

The tuition fee is fixed at the start of the college and there will be no increment in it The tuition fee is around 70000 If you belong to bc or sc st category and join in the college through eamcet rank you will be provided with full fee reimbursement The total fee including all fees will be 200000 with hostel fee They provide scholarships for the students who get a cgpa above 9 points and have a attendance of 90%

The one of the biggest tech feast in our college is "stepcone" and it has multiple technical events which enhance the opportunity to the students We have lot of books and journals in our library and also there is a online library there more than thousands of journals are available Every class has projectors for presentation and for better understanding and for every course there is LCS class so students can learn anytime Our college has very big grounds and it is very useful to every sports person Yes there are lot of student clubs which are running by the students like music club, Gamyam club etc

For this course we need to write the AP eamcet and we need to get a minimum 60000 rank The application form will be in the government website and also available in college According to the category the reservation will be valid For every two months there will be a mid examination and every four months there will be an end semester examination To more number of seats in every course

We have a very good and experienced faculty in our college The faculty to student ratio 1:20 and they teach us very nicely The faculty shows a lot of interest in teaching and and monitor students continually We have a separate mentor for every 10 students The teachers are very open and very is to interact They are available every time
