GMR: Growth in Academic Mastery with vibrant atmosphere.

The curriculum's relevance and comprehensiveness are key to our college success in the whole locality of Srikakulam. Our college always strive for real-world applications and academic excellence through the academics. Feedback which I would love to give is to have more practical projects, and balanced exam frequency.

GMRIT provides internships with diverse companies like BSNL , MSME, NSIC and other major industries in order to have the students develop the working culture with various roles offered to them, with stipend in some special cases as well. There two projects for every student that is mini project and main project which are included in the academic curriculum, delivering tangible outcomes for the students in their career.

In our GMR Institute of Technology the placement eligibility starts from the last two semesters that are 7 and 8. Many reputated companies like TCS, cognizant , Infosys, Siemens & GMR group and other various companies visit our college for placements every year. The highest packages range around 35-40 lpa and the average packages around 4.5-6 lpa. Majority of the students almost 80-90% secure placements. After completing my BTech, I would like to have my higher studies in chip designing career path and consider industry roles in further.

Our GMR Institute of Technology ensure the transparency in fee structures and policies. They provide us the fee structure at the beginning of the semester itself. Merit scholarships and internship stipends are the options to have the financial aid. I haven't yet received any kind of scholarships or stipends .

Engaging campus life with various sporting events diverse clubs is very much pleasing for us. Festivals like "STEPCONE" in the months of January or February is the biggest of all. There is also other major events like annual day and sports day to be held in our GMR Institute of Technology. A ocean of library resources, Lecture capturing systems equipped classrooms, and extracurriculars foster the growth of the students of our college holistically.

The clarity on eligibility criteria for registration of a course and application details are all given at the time of admission to the students as well as their parents. They make us understand the application process and fee structure. They also provide timely updates on exam schedules and results as well. I haven't availed any kind of reservation benifits. I have written the EAPCET exam to join in this college.

The faculty-to-student ratio impacts personalized attention to a great extent in our college. We also have personalized mentorship. Regular interaction and approachability of our enhance our learning everyday.
