The campus is very beautiful and environment friendly
Faculty is very helpfull and supportive and teaches very good
The principal and management of the college is very supportive of the students

Dislikes

The management does not support any cultural or technical events in the college
Classrooms are not neat and tidy. It is very unclean
I did not get admission in college hostel which is a disappointment

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is the best course of this current generation. There are many job opportunities after completing this course. I also have personal intrest in computer programming. It is a very interesting course.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 9650 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee is 9650 per year. Excluding other fees such as exam fee sports fee internet fee ect. The hostel fee is 5000 per month. The college provides scholarship to students for financial assistance. There are also many other scholarships available for students.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good but the campus is unsupportive of any cultural or technical fest. Students have to take all the initiatives. there are many clubs which help us improve our capabilities. Many technical events also take place.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very comfortable. But the food provided is not good. Sometimes it tastes very bad. It is very hard to get admission to college hostel which is a disappointment for students with lower family income and large distance.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

I secured a rank of 4000 in the 2023 keam examination. I got admission in the 3rd allotment. The application process was easy. Need to visit the college as part of the 3rd allotment. Need to present certain documents related to the admission process.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is very friendly and very supportive. Th help a lot in our academic performance. The also support in our skills and talents and provide us platforms to help us better oru performance both academically and talent. They a re not just faculty or teachers the also care us like our own family members and are there with us whenever in need. They give theur best for teaching.

OUR COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET. One of the best government aided college

I chose this college considering the distance from my home. Good facilities and the environment of the college. This college supports extracurricular activities.
