I like the college ambience and place where the college is situated

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science is obviously a good course in this college. As per the technological approach our computer science course in this college have high placement compared to other small private colleges in Kerala.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 9650 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college is under the Kerala government , so we have to pay only a small amount as fee only for exam and all. E grantz scholarship is available for according to the caste here so it is helpfull. Compared to other government colleges placement is less here.

Campus Life

Our college campus is small compared to other but I am enjoying very much and the clubs here are very helpfull to make some credits for our btech graduation. A thing is that the ground facility is less here.

Admission

We have to write me exam for admission and have to come under a rank of 7k for my course but there are many other reservations here as sc st and other special reservations. Admission process is very simple and there will be help desks available.

Faculty

They are good in teaching and also giving their best towards the students. Faculties are well qualified and efficient to teach us. As per the new records quality of our college and faculties are rising up

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?
