- Not enough college fests or space to conduct them. College doesn't provide money for them either.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am a first year student. And first year syllabus mostly seems a bit unnecessary. Physics and chemistry isn't really necessary for engineering in my opinion. They should try to add more engineering bacis.
Internships Opportunities
We were told we'll get internship offers from company like synopsis. Which I'm very much looking forward to. It will be based on VLSI Design hopefully. They even provide paid internship which will be very helpful for students.
Placement Experience
Many companies offer a lot of placement opportunities if you study well and have a decent CGPA. You could get upto 30LPA or higher. There are a lot of core companies to which will be preferable for a lot of students.
Fees and Financial Aid
It costs ?45000 annually just for the tution fees. Plus exam fees around 5000 per year. I get reliance foundation scholarship so most of the fees will be paid by them. But when compared to private colleges like RSET, it's pretty affordable.
Campus Life
My first year has been very joyful. I participated in a lot of things, met a lot of people and had a good time in general. Infrastructure is really not that great but you can make use of the available ones.
Admission
It was pretty smooth in my opinion. I got 18K rank in KEAM. I was admitted to LA reservation seat in merit. Else I would have to pay 75000 annually. In person admission was a bit slow but wasn't boring.
Faculty
There are a lot of faculties in the college. They are all well qualified. Some of them even have PHDs. They solve all the doubts we have and are very helpful. They are very friendly with the students.
