Good Atmosphere for Studying and Very Good Faculties
Ragging is very less compared to other colleges
The place where the college is situated is heavily aesthetic and nature friendly

Dislikes

The bad climate when it in the summer season
The distance from the near railway station is very far
There are limited hostels for first years other than college hostel

There are little areas in syllabus which are very outdated but overall the course is very industry oriented and this course is tough compared to other bachelor in technology degrees but this degree is worth of studying

The course is very pocket friendly if you are eligible via the keam entrance or else you have to give a good amount ad deposit to the college management for the admission in the college but if you study well you can make it under 10k ler year

Campus life is very good and in this campus there are different clubs like IEEE ASME NSS etc and there are also so many clubs ehivh are related to arts which can truly invoke your artistic skills and helps you to find yourself

Admission

Admission process starts from the third allotment in keam exam after that the Keam allows each student to go to their respective college and after that we have to go through different queues and finally we have to pay the fees and we have to take the id tag

Faculty members are very good and everyone is highly experienced and the teachers are good at everything they teach they are very friendly and helpful to make projects and all overall the teaching faculties are good

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET. One of the best government aided college

I chose this college considering the distance from my home. Good facilities and the environment of the college. This college supports extracurricular activities.
