Course Curriculum Overview
My course Electronics and communication engineering is actually good and have many scope for future jobs. But the thing our syllabus is bad . Lots of unnecessary subjects have put in first year.Our semester schedule is very tight . We couldn't even enjoy learning in schedule and the vacation is very small. Exam will held frequently.
Internships Opportunities
So our internships starts around 2 nd year last and 3 year also. Many companies like oracle , synopsis, Google ,etc and many more companies come for internship recruitments .Interviews and exams are part of recruitment process. Many questions are asked related to companies and course.Over all the internship experience is very good.But the thing is only a few percentage of students will get internship.the interviews are very tough.
Placement Experience
So majority of the students are joining the college because our placement. Our campus placements recruitment starts from 3rd year and fourth year. Every year famous companies like Google , Microsoft, oracle, synopsis and many other companies came to our college.The average package is around 6 TO 8LPA the highest package is around 52 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college has low fee compared to other engineering colleges.If you are merit student the fee is 35000 per year. If you are management student the fee is 75000per year. If you are NRI student the fee is 110000per year. If you got seat in merit and you have reservations you will get scholarship from college.There is no scholarship for management students.
Campus Life
Our college has many events , activities, sports , arts and clubs. The main event of our college is the tech fest EXCEL. It is one of the beautiful tech event. It is conducted once in a year. And many event are conducted once or twice in a month.our college has many clubs IEE, TEDX MEC,GDC anda y more . As our college is small and departments put their hand together to make the events and activities fun as possible
Admission
For joining my college you have to write an entrance exam named KEAM . The eligibility of this entrance exam is class 12 qualification with physics, chemistry and maths in your stream. After you write the entrance your ranks are announced of your corresponding mark. Reservation benefits are available.You will have preferrence according to you reservations.The thing is announced rank is very delayed.They need to improve this.
Faculty
Our college has one of the friendly faculty members. The provide so much freedom that students can evolve and built more creativenesse.Their guidance and mentorship help us students to go through a safe and right path.
