RIET - Not more honest

The Cyber Security course was one if the main reasons why i chose this college.This college was recommended by many for apting Cyber Security course. Cyber Security is the most relevant field for a job and has endless scope.I have been a computer guy for ever since childhood and i loved everything about it. Cyber Security really is something i had passion.The course here provides hughly experimced analysts and exams are given with good enough time to revise and learn

Internships are of many types. Some provide KTU points which are later useful in colleges under KTU organization. Othe internships offer a minor salary and provides a course to learn and at the end of the course ,students are selected and provided with opportunites to work at the comsent companies. Projects and workshops also help this work

Internships mostly start from third year and if their lucky they would get hackthons etc in the first semester itself. Companies such as TCS, reliance, BYJU'S, code young etc are collaborating with this college and offer an average of 3-4 LPA packages. 30-50% students get placements while 10% students get high salary packages. My plans after a degree is to maintain my ongoing business and to improbe my skills and opt for oppurtunities.

Any BTech course is available for a fee structure of 1.2 Lakhs per annum for 4 years. Events such as Itiha and TedX helps guve students who enrole in it to take responsibility and students with financial problems are given educational loans if the respective bank approves it. Since i took admission from Merit i get a reduced fee structure of 75000 per annum which is beneficial for me and my financial background

The campus life is pretty good. Canteens and high hills are always a good atmosphere. Sports activites often take place such as Meliga , Vollee etc with huge cash prizes and merch. Festive events such as Euphoria and Itiha are a once in a year events with high budgets where the whole college is attending countless events hosted by final year seniors.Computer Labs and other classroom facilities are pretty good

The hostel costs 5999 per month for 4 bed rooms and 7999 for 2 bed rooms which have attached bathrooms. Toilets could be much better but rooms and floors are always clean and maintained. Rooms are open and no restrictions for any personal items. Out pass requires a pass signed by the warden who is not always around to provide it and students cant leave the hostel after 5:30pm and cant enter the hostel after 11pm

The eligibility of the course is just a 12th boards result of more than 65%. Admission process is fast and only takes about an application form to be filled out which includes your 12th and 10th board marksheets to be submitted(Original). Since i was last to register for a seat i took adimssion via KEAM which also reduced my fees. Students who joined via entrance exams get a reduced fees according to their rank. 50000 is required to pay in cash during admission and the rest after the academic year starts

Faculty are pretty good especially for Computer Science students. Lectures are mostly not boring and most topics are pretty understandable. Faculties can be approached in their consent offices anytime to ask doubts. All faculties are highly experinced and exam oriented classes really help the students. I often interact with faculties after class and their quite patient and friendly
