Course Curriculum Overview
When I took this course, I thought that I would have to use applied mathematics. But it was completely pure mathematics which is a bit difficult to do but is very interesting. Our professor explains very difficult questions very easily. Before the end semester exam, we have mid-semester exams through which we get to know about our preparation and which is very useful.
Internships Opportunities
There is internship in our college but it is very limited. Mostly it is available only for B.Com and BA. There is no such thing called campus placement in this college. Not many companies come for the placement or internship.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of this college is very low so any child who takes admission in it can easily pay it. Children who belong to the category also get some compensation in their fees. Scholarship is available in the college but not in our department.
Campus Life
College life is very good but you should set your priorities. You should maintain a balance between academics and college societies. Being an NCC cadet, I would say that it is easy to do co-curricular activities along with academics and the faculty also supports a lot in this.
Admission
The admission process was a bit lengthy. First, we filled the cuet forms, after which, after giving the exam, we had to fill the DU admission forms, through which we chose our preference and got this college.
Faculty
We have around 15 to 20 faculty members who are very well educated. Most of them have done PhD. And those who have not done HD, have cleared NET JRF. Almost all the professors are scholars. They solve our doubts very well. They are very supportive. According to me, our department has the best faculty in the entire college.
