- I liked the canteen, there are 4 canteens which is too enough
- There are ACs in classroom which provides comfort while classes
- Maximum faculty has done PHD which is a good thing
Dislikes
- No break between classes except lunch break
- No free period between 8 classes in a day
- No summer vacations, leading to irritation in summers
Course Curriculum Overview
Idk much about curriculum but yeah this course is in trend, have jobs in it, have good growth and i believe I can brink up my skills to that level to get into this IT field, teaching methods can be improved by adding breaks between periods and they can think abt summer vacations please and frequency of exams is like irritating, every month there are exams, no single month without exams
Internships Opportunities
Infosys TCS Amazon flipkart like companies give internship opportunities in the campus and average stipend is around 40000 per month which is a decent amount Project and outcomes is just DSA Only one solution is DSA
Placement Experience
From 6-7 semester, students are eligible for placements, though internships have no eligibility in it Companies like flipkart Amazon airbus atkins pwc visits the campus for placement and in 2023 2430 offers were offered to students And highest package was of 48.89 lpa And average package was of 6.51 lpa And placement% was 91.53% My plan after graduation is to get a job from the campus placements
Fees and Financial Aid
Kiet have tution fees of 112099 and there are also one time pay fees, there is hostel fee of 103000 for non ac and 130000 for ac rooms and there is one time fee of 7500 which is aktu fee, there are UP scholarship which students can avail, and college give cash rewards too in competitions
Campus Life
Campus life is decent One fest called eloque is held every year in which big celebrities come Like last year darshan raval came And this year jubin nautiyal came It was fun Fest is of 3 days Library is too good, you can have books for reference There are smart board in classes Sport facilities are good but the problem is continuous classes And social clubs are there in which they go to teach students of slum areas And also blood donation camp was held in the campus
Admission
85% seats are intake through jee mains score, I got 85 percentile and I got CS branch, 15% seats are intaken through direct admission on basis of board merit, no application form is there for jee based, you have to take part in aktu counselling and for direct admission, you need to visit the campus, frequency of exams is exams per month and no area of improvement needed in admission
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is like there are 5 subjects 70 students in the class There are 5 different teachers for the subject which is a good thing Faculty's approach to teaching is good,they bring ppts to explain the topic more which is a good thing, we don't love to interact with teachers because 50 minutes per period is enough to listen them
