Bimtech Thorough Review

They offer a variety of courses General , Insurance , International business , Retail and they all are very well designed to make students industry ready. One thing where they can improve is allowing students to choose some subjects from other courses which interests us.

Internships are great and everyone usually gets the internship from the college itself this year for our batch more than 100+ companies came to the campus and gave us the internship opportunities. Some prominent companies were Kpmg, Schneider, Dabur, BHEL,Zomato ,New Holland,Cars24,TVS etc and there were great number of startups as well giving out a great opportunities to learn and work .

Its the 4th semester we get eligible for the placements and Companies start coming at the campus. There are like 80+ companies that come to college ranging from Blackrock to Hdfc Bank , Maruti Suzuki to Daimler, Kpmg to Pwc and Wipro to Genpact. The highest package for our senior was around 22 lakhs and average was around 9 lakhs. As of now our college have had 98% placement considering the market conditions as if now thats commendable

Tuition fees have remained same but each year there is some percentage increase in the hostel and mess fee. The complete course fee for our batch is going to cost around 17.7 lakhs.At College the placements packages are spread across a huge gamut ranging from 22 lakhs to 8 lakhs and depending on the capabilities of a student they can get the packages. Scholarships are there based on CAT scores for 4 lakhs and there is also merit scholarship for 50000 for each trimester for the top 5 students every trimester.

There are varieties of Clubs and Conduits which students can be a part of considering their interests. All the festivals are celebrated really beautifully with events based on themes of the festivals. There is a flagship event Vihaan which is a 2 day college fest and There are competitions , Concert nights , Food stalls and much more. Sports is really encouraged at campus with all the sports court being at the campus and hostel and our students playing in range of tournaments organised by college. We also have bimtech college league and that goes for fortnight and its really enjoyable.

Hostel facilities are comparatively really good , Rooms are well maintained. Boys hostel are on twin sharing and girls hostel are solo rooms. Boys hostel is divided into clusters and each cluster have 7 rooms where 14 students are alloted and each cluster have 3 bathrooms and 3 washrooms and 3 basins each, Each room is equipped with Air conditioners and heaters are provided in winters as well. Maintaince and cleaning staff is always there to make sure its always clean . Food quality is great and monthly menu is emailed to everyone and they have great variety of food from South indian to North Indian to Chinese to Maharashtrian food . They make sure quality is provided at the mess.

There are different cutoffs for different courses and its PGDM for which it is the highest and for the rest of courses it is lower. Application form and all the process usually happens on the website of the college. They accept CAT , CMAT ,XAT and it allows a variety of students to get in. Admission process is simple we have to fill a form first then shortlisting comes and GDPI happens where faculties Take Interviews and then admission confirmation mail is sent to those who gets selected

Faculty to student ratio is good its like 1:20 Faculty here is Exceptionally Qualified and they are prominent names in their field of subjects Faculty are really friendly and approachable they dont mind even if we call them late at night for any problems that we are facing.

In my interview they asked for current affairs and some facts about my state and city. They were really friendly and welcoming, it was not like a pressure interview and they made sure that I give the best interview. They asked some questions from my background and the subjects I read in my Undergraduation.
