Course Curriculum Overview
I think their course material is concise and well structured because they just finish semester in 4 effective month and it is really not much difficult to understand. It will give you basic to standard level .
Internships Opportunities
At the end of 6th semester/3rd year many companies are coming and hiring us as a intern. If and only if you are skillfull. I think about 400 out of 1800 are getting internship. Basically, company will judge through your project. And , it is really less than the hype.
Placement Experience
My college placement is really good. Most of us will get their placement in college. If someone think he deserves better than college placement. Then, he apply for off-campus placement. Approx 80-90% are getting their job in college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total tuition fees for 4 years is approximately 12 lakh only . For, scholarship you have to fill form in your erp portal. you have to fulfill the required conditions for getting scholarships and they also give scholarship on the basis of income and category.
Campus Life
Every year approx 1800 student are getting iit kharagpur campus . It has very high competition for getting in club. For entering any club you have to really good in GD round as well as you have a knowledge about that society.
Admission
For getting in IIT KHARAGPUR ug program. you have to qualify jee advanced and pass their cutoff. The cutoff is divided on the basis of your caste. My college exam level is really good. I think normal candidate would never survive.
Faculty
Iit kharagpur faculty is really top-notch and skillful. But, somehow they don't interact with every student means they will help only if you want. Here, if you not study from your side noone is gonna care for you.
