I wanted to mbbs from the very beginning of my life I loved the subject so much and when I entered this college and started learning from the subject they taught me I fell more into the subject and the knowledge I am gaining through the college and hospital nearby is something which will help me in future so much while treating patient It is CBME type of curriculum where ATECOM sessions take place that is how to interact with the patients have been taught

Fees and Financial Aid

If you get a government seat it costs 1.5 lakh per year so it comes around 5 lakh total If you take private seat it will be 20 lakh per year and total of 1 cr by 5 years And for NRI and management seat its 1.35 cr in total

Campus Life

There are various sports and cultural events which take place every year and you can all participate in that it is too much fun and you can interact with your seniors and also till 10 pm you can be out that time There are no good restaurants nearby which is a problem for good food

Admission

Admission is done by the KEA examination authority Once your results are done you are putting to counselling when the dates are released and you can choose this college and according to your ranking your seat will be alloted 550 plus you can get government seat 300 plus you can get semi government that is private seat And for 150 plus you will be eligible for management seat And if you have some caste reservation the marks may vary from 50 marks

1-250 teacher to student ratio Self directed learning and small group decision 1-25 teacher to students ratio Teachers have good subject knowledge they teach using ppt no stress is given by teachers they try to teach us slowly and take special care if we are weak in any subject we can go and doubts to any teachers any time no teacher will scold as such we it's a hostel many teachers wil be there in campus itself and there are good basket ball ground and games played many sports and cultural events are taken by seniors no seniors try to tag us hostel is good with good food no issues for anyone all are friendly in the hostel all the warden really happy studying in such a good medical college near to Bangalore , Mysore cities many students from there come to study

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

Mbbs course is one of the high respective course. We want to face many struggles during exams. But in future we will become excellenct doctor. Exams are not that much tough, but still passing marks in mbbs course is 40% (cbme curriculum). Last year it was 50% passing marks. We want to practice diagram for anatomy and physiology we want to write short notes.

The first batch of students is passed out in this year from our college. Now they are doing their house sutgency. Besides they are preparing for their pg studies.
