Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus and curriculum of my course that is B.A. Economics is very wide and helpful at the same time. It includes many of the important aspects in my chosen subject which also helps me in dealing with other competitive exams that I aspire to give. Overall course designing seems helpful and effective for me which made me choose this course.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is 9.5k and There are some scholarship programs available for students based on the category and financial capacity of a student. The student himself or herself has to get notified about the scholarship programs by enquiring with the respective departments and looking for their eligibility for the same.
Campus Life
The college campus and the social involvement of the students is very excellent and joyful in Fergusson College. There are annual festivals, sports festival traditional celebrations like Ganesh Utsav, Shiva Jayanti. The joy and excitement of students during the annual festivals is undescribable and it enhances of the environment of the college.
Admission
The admission process included filling of online application form and the application fees were also affordable. There is also the benefit of reservation for some particular category of students which helps in getting their names in the list more easily. There is an entrance exams for master degrees which all colleges have and you have to pass them to get the admission for your desired course.
Faculty
Faculty members from our college are highly qualified with M.Phil's and many of them are Specialists and Phd holders. The teaching quality of most of the teachers very interactive and social with the students which I like the most. High degree of qualification of teachers and their enhanced knowledge helps students in lots of manner.
