Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum prepares very less for real world applications Labs are the only topics which we have close to real-world applications i think they could include more profession related courses that would help students.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Placement Experience

From 6th sem students are eligible if they doesn't have any backlogs. I think most companies visited are software-based companies and very less core companies.The main core conpanies i noticed are hcl, and some electronics base companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

tution fees don't increase fees is aided by scholarships and all.The complete course fees may end up about 2 lakh. there are lots of seminars and small time internships at college itself

Admission

adimission was very easy.according to KEAM ranking selectios are made.reservation benifit are real.reservation helps to reduces fees drastically to no fees.admissions and all seems very easy and friendly

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
