- The college has big campus and is full of greenery. Apart from campus everything around is clean.
- The college has provided ample exposure not only for studies but also for extracurricular activities.
- Everything is avaialble inside the area be it medical facilities or vendor stalls for food or grocery or footwears.
Dislikes
- The quality of food in mess is not of a good standard.
- The in-time of hostels for girls is very early which should be elongated.
- The package provided by the companies that come on-campus is too low.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is well structured as well as we get regular courseworks so that we get handful of clear concepts and we can implement them in real world problems. Along with this we are also exposed to projects so that our perspective towards certain problem changes and wr get to approach any problem with various methods. Exams are regularly being conducted and there is a very tight checking before the exam to ensure fair conduction of exam.
Internships Opportunities
Maersk, PwC, Deloitte, EY and many other companies provide internships and their stipend is also good according to the fresher. Projects are being assigned by the college as well as the students can also take up a project on their own under the guidance of faculty members and can apply for the internships.
Placement Experience
From 6 th semester students become eligible for placements. Although students can take up internships from 4 th semester itself. Good companies visit the campus and as I was in the campus till this year approx 150 companies visited including all the branches. Tcs, Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, Capgemini and many more companies come to the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I stayed on a 3 sharing ac room, so my charge for the room was 50,000 per semester. There are other rooms available too which ranges from 2bed non-ac rooms to 2-bed ac premium rooms with attached washroom. Our mess fee was 22500. We also had got a kiit laptop at the beginning of our college session started and that costed 75000.
Campus Life
Fests are being conducted in the month of February. We also have star nights, dinner parties and concerts. Social campaigns are also been carried out by the students. And not only these but students also perform various festivals that fall while we are on the campus.
Hostel Facilities
I was living in Ac room, so of course ac was there, well curtained room, three tables along with three beds, pillows for each bed, two bedsheets, one blanket, one bucket, one mug and three study tables along with each brf were provided in the room.
Admission
The admission process was so calm. The students are required to fill KIITEE form and appear for the exam. The exam ranges from easy to hard level with various sections to check the competency. The top performers are also provided with scholarships and some percentage of their fees are waived. Then once the exams are conducted results are declared rank wise and then students are being directed to proceed for the admission process.
Faculty
The faculty members are well qualified and their teaching standards are good too. They are helpful and regular classes are being conducted by the faculties. The faculties are very adamant to the time of a student reaching to the college and avoid late comers, so that it doesn't hamper their lessons. The course is being well completed by the faculties before exam and they also promote classes for Doubt-clearing.
Interview Experience
There are no such rounds except exams which are compulsory to participate in the admission process. However students should be good spoken, polite as well as their high school grades should match the criteria along with exam to appear for the admission process.
