Course Curriculum Overview

When I was a little kid itself I was very interested in drawing and such things...so my parents and family suggested to me civil engineering would be a good option for me...hence I chose this course The curriculum is 2 semesters per year....and we have vacations at the end of each even semester...exams have scheduled leaves in between them which help us study well and revise for the exam

In my college there's students who study for free..there's national and state level scholarships available in merit base...the e-grants scholarship,mcm scholarship are some of them...these are easily available and students receiving these scholarships are so much

Campus Life

Campus Life is not very enjoyable as this is a professional course and we need to concentrate for the year ...we rarely conduct programs in the college...though sports and arts are mostly conducted correctly

Eligibility of this course was +2 with pcb Application form will be available in the keam website...keam is an entrance test for Engineering students around Kerala....its quite difficult... students prepare for keam and neet together in Kerala

OUR COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

I applied to BTTM in KMCT Arts and Science College but I like Engineering more than a normal degree so I didn't opt for the college. No, I have not availed of any quota for admission.
