Course Curriculum Overview
I want to go to merchant navy after my graduation so I opted this course of B.Tech in mechanical engineering. The curriculum also allows us to see the real world things that how cars are made and about the automobile engines and so many things related to automobiles.
Internships Opportunities
The teachers helps the students to find internships and they give their reference to different companies so that the students may not feel any difficulty in finding the internships. Internship is optional for the students if the want to do they can do and if the doesn't want to do they can opt this option too.
Placement Experience
Different companies come for placements in the 7th semester of the degree. Companies such as airtel, vercay, relaxo, tata, neolite and many more have come for placements and average package is 2,50,000lpa and maximum package this year was 8,00,000lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for odd semester of 6 months is 37000 and for even semester of 6 months is 40000, so in total yearly fees of this course in this college is around 77000. The SC/ST students gets scholarship and their fees is 1rs for each semester. Many other schemes are also there for students whose family income is less than 2,50,000 yearly.
Campus Life
The fests are organized in every 4-5 months and the auditorium is very amazing. The campus have the biggest library in the city and allows access to every student of the university. The campus is just wow and anyone can fall in love with this campus. Sports meet is organized every year in the month of march and every student can take part and medal ceremony function is specially held for the winners.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very good, hostel fees for a year is only 15,000 in which 7000 rs. are refundable after a year as they are taken as a security deposit. Cleanliness in the hostels is very nice and washrooms are also very neat and clean.
Admission
First of all, we have to pass the 12th exam and then we have to give jee mains exam in which we have to score a good percentile to qualify for different courses and different B.Tech branches have different cutoff for admission
Faculty
The faculty members are very cooperative and helpful. Faculty-to-student ratio is very good and they are always ready to help and guide the students anytime. Teachers are very knowledgeable to their respective subjects and teach the students in the best way they can.
