Lot of practical approach is what you get here
There are lot of competitions that will help you build your career and make you confident. Fees is affordable
Lot of seminars and presentations are to be done by the students which help you become confident

Dislikes

Syllabus is something that they need to work on
Their is need to work on the college infrastructure
Need to work on their library and provide book bank facility to students

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is something that they need to work on. Their should be more detailed things rather than just touching the core things. I guess they need to do more industrial visits then just 1 per year. As per syllabus the real world applications is just the basic things.

Internships Opportunities

College have lots of tie ups with different industries but the students are supposed to find their internship places on their own. As this will help them to face and understand the situation that they may face in future Internship are for 1 month and the internship marks are added on to the marksheet

Fees and Financial Aid

There are lot of competitions and self employment opportunities that the college provide and other than this the fees per year is quite affordable with different scholarships for the students. So, according to me affordability of this course is quite well

Campus Life

Library of the college is very good with huge number of books on all subjects There is huge seating space for students There are many cultural events held by the college along with field visits or different events oraganised by students on the course that they have chosen

Admission

Eligibility criteria - 10th and 12th pass with min 50% Admission process - is given on the college website Entrance test - depends on which course you opt for Admission is carried out by the merit of the students and everything as in admission process is taken care by the faculty members

The faculty are very well equipped with the subject knowledge and their is good interaction between the students and faculty on regular basis and every year feedback form is also taken from students. But, the amount of time provided by the faculty members is less as for the subject

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

The insights of fashion in SNDT

i applied to other colleges like SOFT and MIT and got in but i ended up in this instead as my dads friend said it is better or the students from there end up being more "hardworking". I also applied for the DAVV, INDORE AND ILWA COLLEGE,INDORE for the same course. But this college is very nearby to my location and also I was working in their SDPS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL simultaneously so i chose this one. Also,I have heard about the rest two colleges that regular attendance is mandetory and they do not provide degree on time after competion of the course.
