Course Curriculum Overview
When I was studying in the college this college was affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University so the curriculum was best and time to time examination was there. Currently the college has become autonomous so it will be a very better for the upcoming student to take admission and enjoy the college and the teaching faculty . Yes the curriculum has help me to prepare for the real world application for further academic pursuits in many different ways I can use the knowledge which against in civil engineering in currently daily aspect while I am doing my job in civil industry The improvement needed to be done teaching method should be the at the teaching must be preferred mostly on the on field knowledge not just teaching the syllabus and mugging up by the student. The frequency and the timing of the exam is 6 months at we have a semester in 6 months semester which is having two exams in same exam and end sem exam. In same exam has 30 marks and its an exam at 70 marks written exam .
Placement Experience
From the last year of your engineering you are eligible for the campus placement The companies visited are like cognizant Wipro TCS Worli group and many different IT company The highest package was nearly about 30 lakhs in computer science department In civil department the highest package was to be above 6 lakh 25% student are placed in the college from civil department and many of the student have been opted for government exam preparation or further studies program
Fees and Financial Aid
The college complete fee was 1040000 and currently it has been increased rs 150000 from the year 2024 as I was under the OBC category due to which I got the Maharashtra state scholarship 50% scholarship so I have to pay a total fees of 70000 per year so the total cost for the course was 2 lakh 80 thousand
Campus Life
Aviva was the annual and technical festivals along with the which were held in the month of February Yes there are wide range of books available in the library but many of the books are out dated. Yes you can participated in different sports and extra curricular activities offered by the campus that is in the inter University competition inter college competition etc
Admission
The basically for the courses you must be having in HSC science passed with minimum of 50% in PCM group. Also the candidate must attend the Maharashtra state CET exam from which we can confirm our admission to the college as per the merit list the city exam is held once in a year in the month of May or April
Faculty
Ratio for faculty: students is 17:1 & from first year teachers are in contact with the parents and students Some faculties are best in teaching approach & some faculties have good subject knowledge but teaching skills are not up to theark Frequently whenever we want we can interact with the teachers
