- Firstly after entering in this college I liked the ambience and the teachers were supportive and friendly.
- Teachers are knowledgeable and they take their classes seriously which I liked and they also care about the attendance.
- College do held fests to blow off the steam from the semester exams.
Dislikes
- If any student misbehaves teachers do target them and give less marks.
- For fests college takes money from students and does not do anything if something happens during the fests.
- College grounds are always not taken good care due to construction in college so it gives less ground for us to play or hang out.
Course Curriculum Overview
The cirriculum provides a strong foundation and have real life applications in it. The current exam schedule seems manageable. The distribution of exams throught the syllabus helps to focus in each subject completely. The difficulty of the exam is fair. They adequetely assess the understanding of each concepts.
Internships Opportunities
As I am currenty in 2nd year we do not have any internships provied by the college as it will be available from 6th sem. But I do know seniors internships do come from startups and companies like TCS , Cogniznt and others.
Placement Experience
From 6th semester internships start in the college and can also get placement if you are exceptional. We can also opt for off campus placements. The avg package offered is 3.5lakhs and highest package depends on the comany. My plans after degree is getting on campus placement. Around 70 to 80% students get placement every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The complete course fess for Btech in CSBS is 5.5lakhs. The exam fees is 1200 as it is conducted by makaut. Financial support is also given by college as in student loan by pnb bank. Scholarships are aslo provied by the clubs in college to deserving candidates.
Campus Life
Every year college conducts fests like ANAKHRONOS and othe club fests for the club people. Library is well maintained and they do have books for our study to help in semester exams. Sports equipment are well maintained and have variety of equipments. College also conducts annual sports day. Clubs play a vital role in social engagement with other students.
Admission
I enrolled int the college through webjee counselling. My rank was 18117 and was selected in 2nd round of counselling. You can find all the details and forms in the webjee portal and after entering in the college admission cell will guide you through every other process involved in the process.
Faculty
Faculty members are quiet knowledge in their respective fields, They do guide the students and mentorship is provided to each and every students. The faculty to student ratio is quiet enough to run the college. We can enteract with teachers during breaks and can also contact during working hours if necessary.
