Course Curriculum Overview

The exams are tough and strict checking will be conducted and the. Teachers will complete their portion before one week and got study leave for atleast 10 days. The strict action be taken by the supervisor if any misbehavior happens.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 24000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Bscit first year fee will be approx 24000/- And the second year fee will be increased by 1500rs that will be 26500/- and the third year fee will be 28900/- And there are some addon courses starting from 500 to 5000

Campus Life

The campus life is good. The college held tournaments for students. There are college feast celebrated every year by every department. The feast will be last for 2 months. All department have specific dates for the feast

Admission

The admission process is easy just have to apply on official sathaye college website. Ghe cutoff for open category is around 80% but the maths marks will be considered for open category must be scored more than 75 in maths subject

Faculty

The bscit department teacher are very friendly and helpful always help with doubts take extra lectures for doubts. And help with coding and all after the college also allow us to use lab for any queries

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

A Journey of Growth: Reflections on Sathaye College

I had choosen this college as first specifically. It was a good one and nearby to me. I don't remember other college's acceptance as I took the admission in this one because my name was on the merit list as expected. I got into the college because of Sanskrit subject and got a seat at 76%. I got admission in grade 11 after clearing standard 10 so there was no specific exam for admission.
