Course Curriculum Overview

I choose cyber security due to the fact that it is a booming course and learning such a course can impact my skill development talk about the curriculum preparation it is done well and good because experience teachers have decided what has to be they can care of frequency of exams are like there are surprise classes conducted and as normal there are semester exams which are conducted in within every 6 months

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 94000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Regarding the tuition fee increase it has been observed in 2024 that the prices have been increase but during our time the prices where slightly less the complete cost of 4 years of Engineering will cost you around 3.5 lakh scholarships are there for other caste not for the general what you can opt for West Bengal scholarships Meri gadi Mein campus employment it's pretty decent

Campus Life

There are not quite a lot of fest conducted in the campus but there are events that are conducted we have a dedicated library where you can borrow books we have also facilities of Sports like football basketball cricket faculty is also encourage students to engage in external activity such as in clubs

Admission

Eligibility of the course is why securing a decent or clearing the cutoff rank of West Bengal but there are also seats for management quota one can find the application form and the fees details on the Heritage Institute of technology website there are quite high benefits for Reserve candidates like for tws the fees is one third

Faculty

Adequate amount of experienced professors are present who are ready to solve your doubts whenever you approach them. Normally students do not require any extra guidance because of the clear teaching of the professor yet said faculties always welcome any kind of doubts or problems

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
