Remarks
The admission is through the NPAT exam which is not too difficult and with consistency can be cracked. There is also a requirement of minimum 50% in 12th boards as well as being a maths or statistics student.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very detailed and closely related to CFA, it also includes core finance subjects as well as basic subjects so even those from non-commerce backgrounds can slowly get accustomed before the higher finance subjects come in.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are very good with top companies coming such as PwC, KPMG, and Nomura, along with many startups as well and the interview process is quite rigid to ensure only the best students get the best internships.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are very high being 3,75,000 per year, however, the facilities are great and it's worth it. They provide internship opportunities in the 2nd year as well and have very good placements consistently.
Campus Life
The campus is very good with the new Mukesh Patel Building. There are over 10 different clubs for all different interests that one might have along with Vaayu, the annual college fest of NMIMS which is in February every year.
Faculty
There are roughly 50-60 students per class and a total of 6 subjects, each teacher specialized in a different subject. Most of the accounts teachers are CA's themselves and the other teachers all have a lot of years of experience in teaching and corporate as well.
