I always wanted to do chemical engineering and this college is one of the renowned colleges of India for the same. And I was blessed to get admission here. I am happy with this college, I am learning a lot But the college timing is bit hectic. Also when I was searching about the colleges in India for chemical engineering, LIT was on that list. FEW OF MY FRIENDS ALSO SUGGESTED ME about this college. And I guess it was a good decision to take admission here. So if you have the determination to study hard work then this college is fair enough for you

See if we compare the curriculum with the level of study we did for exams like JEE mains and advance then I must say you can do better if you were excellent over there. The course curriculum is well planned. It subjects in each semester have total 6 units in them and exam paper pattern is like you are provided with a total of 12 questions and you have to attempt just 6 in them. For example, question number 1 and 2 is from unit 1 then it's up to you if you want to attempt? 1 all question number 2. It sounds easy but if you work hard then it's totally easy for you.

Yes, our college provides an internship. I think each and everyone gets an opportunity for the internship programme. It's like the compulsion to go for an internship. You can get the opportunity to work as an intern in Reliance Godrej BPCL and many more good companies.

It's very good. The placements offered here are good. Many good and known companies are the recruiters here. From BPCL to Honeywell gives the excellent package to the students. Thermax Ltd, Reliance Industries Ltd, United phosphorous ltd, Navin fluoride ltd, Vedanta PLC, Varroc Group, Godrej Industries Ltd, BASF ltd, and so on were the major recruiters this year.

If you talk about events that our college celebrate so the list goes on here. One of the best events of our college is eLITe. All the cultural events take place here. Then its ekakshara or say Ganesh festival celebration then our college also organizes m u n which is really fruitful to participate. Also a few of the sports competition also takes place in our college or university level

It's really really feasible for students of furnished it's around 20000 per annum in guess what the annual fee of the hostel is just 2000 per annum isn't that great. So I found my college fee structure very feasible and its cheap and then there is no compromise in the quality of education is college provides and still a lot of infrastructure improvement is taking place. I think college is doing its best to facilitate their students

Yes, the scholarship is provided to the needy students. The scholarship provided to the ST-SC and OBC students as I am a General student we are never aware of all the scholarships as nobody ask us about that in India resume that general students are rich and don't need scholarships #any offense

Campus life sucks! Seriously there is no campus life in LIT. Just study and study it's all about academics. There are lot of Geeks around did always have a conversation of studies their home works what they studied last night and all that stuff and believe me this the worst thing about this college for me. You have to come out of the books sometimes.

I live in a private hostel but when I ask my friends who live in the college hostel they say that food is not that much good and facilities are also not that bad I would suggest if you have a good budget then you must go to the private hostel or can live as a paying guest. And if not then the college hostel is doing best according to the money they take.

It's great to see where our alumni have reached summer entrepreneurs some have a well-established company a lot of them are doing very good in their life they are our inspiration that's what keeps us motivating

Sessional exams, and end terms. It's semester pattern in our college as most of the colleges have that. Each semester we have sessionals or say mid-semester. It is of 20 marks and can prove out to be life-saving:-P Then it's the turn of end terms to say final examination. Obviously, it will be of 80 marks and as I discussed above that there will be total 12 questions and from that, you have to attempt 6 Rather than theory college focuses on practicals also they are regular practicals that take place in our college curriculum also you have to face internal and external Practical Examination

Basically, I am from Madhya Pradesh and the entrance exam for non-Maharashtrian is only through mains. For the people who are who are of outside Maharashtra get admission through a merit list according to their marks in J E E mains. And for the student residing in Maharashtra have to give MH CET for getting admission in this college you have to score a bit higher to get the admission as this is one of the best college of India for chemical engineering By the way, I would suggest every student two give MH CET and JEE Mains good luck

The faculty members are just amazing. They are totally devoted to the students. This thing about LIT is the best part of this college. Every teacher is holding a Ph.D. degree they have a lot of experience in teaching field The physical chemistry teacher, organic teacher, physics faculty, communication skills teacher, classes are sometimes fun, and they all doing their job amazingly and sincerely. But they are exceptions too.
