Very good Campus life and many events are held here like 'Karandak'

The only bad thing about this college was the strike held by the teachers this year for the fulfilment of their pending salaries which had done very bad impact on the student's curriculum. But after the finish of strike now the college is doing so well.

The teaching facilities of this college are very good. It has separate buildings and labs for each department. I choose this college because of its infrastructure and campus life. Many events are held here for improvement of the student's personality. The speciality of this college is the event known as Karnak which is one of the largest events of the college.

The course curriculum is very good. the college starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm. There is 2 semester in each four-year engineering program. In each semester you have to perform practicals and give Viva and unit test. Then there is an end semester exam held at the end of each semester.

Yes, our college provides internships to the third and final year students. There are many companies which provide internship through college. The stipend depends on the company. I don't know what is the amount of stipend because I have not done any internship because of my personal issues. But some of my friends said that it was a very good experience to work in an actual field.

There are may companies come here for placements. This year nearly 1300 student of IT and computer branch from Sinhagad got placed which is the largest placement than any other college.The teachers and HOD also help student to get jobs to the students.

The fee structure is a little bit expensive than other colleges but it's gonna worth it. The fee for open category is approximately 120000 rs per year which changes by some amount every year. The category students who got admission through cap round get free shipping/scholarship.

I bet the college campus life of SCOE is very good than any other engineering college. There is equal gender ratio i.e.The the number of girls are equal to boys. There are many student who are coming here from other districts,states and even countries! There are sport events are held here such as cricket,basketball,football etc .There is competition for mechanical students such as Robomania and sports car etc. The debate competition also held here in the month of January. THERE IS also quiz competition, box cricket and many more which are very enjoyable.

The hostel is very good in this college. There is separate hostel located at sperate places for the boys and girls. Purandar is one of the famous hostels for the boys. I have lived in the first year in purandar hostel which was a very good experience.In The hostel you get the bed, chair,table. In each room there can live 5 boys and there are a toilet and bathroom facility for each room.But the quality of the mess food is very poor.

Yes the alumni network of this college is very good.If you stay in hostel you can be friend with your senior which is quite helpful for your coming years because you can get notes from them and they can guide you very effectively.

There is a unit test for the third and final year students and a online test for first and second year students of engineering.There is also an end semester exam held at the end of each semester.The practical exam and Vivas are conducted as per the university guidelines

I have completed my diploma in 2013 and scored 77% and then I have filled the college option form for the admission in engineering college. Then the merit list is displayed and I got this college through cap round. Then I choose the freeze option and confirmed this college then I filled the form of Sinhagad college and paid the fees then I got the allotment letter.

The faculty of Sinhagad college is highly qualified. For each subject, there is a specialised teacher. The faculty is very helpful and you can clear your doubts with them without any hesitation. But there is some faculty which is not that much good but I think it's in every college.
