My college experience

College is quite good but need to work on infrastructure as it has become old some buildings like classroom complex are newly built and are quite good.

The prime reason of selecting this college is a.autonomy b.government c.various facilities like Practical labrotaries with almost all the instruments thought which give you a handful of experience and help in learning. Along with that the past history of college and one of the top institute for engineering in maharashtra more specifically in Marthwada made me prefare this college ahead of anyother in the region.

The college have self declared syllabus which is approved by BAMU. CBCS is the latest system college has approved and following since 2016 which stands for choice base credit system. Professors suggest various books for studies with some foreign authors and some local books and are available in college library.

Yes. College has compulsory criterian of internship of 1 month in the degree. Many companies like seimens come for internship and provide nearly 25000 of stipend and faculty also helps student to find internship in nearby area (Waluj MIDC) where stipend is not fixed

About 100% placement for noncore branches like comp and IT n core branches have 40-60% placment. TCS is the mass recruiter along with it wipro, grind master,varroc,Lodha, crompton grives are some of the companies that offers campus placement. Average package is 3-4 lakh and maximum package is 8-9 lakh

The college has 4 main events. 1.Wings- It is the technical festival of college which is conducted every year either in first or second semester. It includes guest lecrutures, fun games and technical games and quiz. 2. Elegance- It is followed by wings and is cultural festival of college. 3 Antarang- it is anual gathering of GECA n consist of 5-7 days. Various days like traditional, formal, sari, tapori day are celebrated along with it singing dancing acting and interdeparmental competition take place. Shobha yatra is one such, which catches everybodies attention. Espersito- The sports week of college where inter deparmental sports competitions take place.

For general the college fees are around 70-75000 which consist of 30000 development fees 15000 tution fee n 30000 other fee like library, gym, exams and all. Hostel fee are quite low like 1600 per year which is very less and mess fee is 1700 per month in the hostel

All the facility provided by the govenment are approved. College also have loan facility with 0% interest which you can easily get.

Campus is quite big. Has a big basket ball ground, badminton court, cricket and football ground, firodiya room, robocon room, wings room. College every year participate in firodiya, robocon,purushutam and many other. Gender ratio is nearly 90 girls to 100 boys which is quite close to 1.

Hostel is quite old but good value of such small sum of money. There are total 4 hostel 2 for boys n 2 for girls.boys hostel are quite old but girls hostel is newly built and has various facilities the charges of mess for girls is 1300 rupees n for boys 1700 rupees per month. The boys mess is newly started and runned by the students committee

Yes seniors as well as alumini regularly visits college and help students to find there path. Most of ths aluminies are now in abroad

In CBCS Pattern there are total of 5-7 subjects per semester and and 2 class test of 15 marks are conducted in midsem and 60 marks of end semester exam and 10 marks for teachers assisment sums up 100 marks per subject. All the exam pattern is therotical and you wont find any MCQs here.

After scoring 143 in MHCET I was alotted GECA in first CAP round it self and I was happy with it so I freezed it. Basically during admission there are 4 CAP round and anything 130-135 are cutoff marks for my branch that is Electrical.This figure is approximate and can varry some times.

Most of the staff in the college in college are Ph.D holders and have great knowledge of the subject but some have poor teaching skills. All professors conduct regular lecture and covers almost 75-80% of the syllabus. Some subjects have poor teachers and some have visiting faculty which are not so good.
