Overall a good college

Its an overall good college to opt for. Management is understanding and cooperative.

I opted for this college because I stay nearby and I had heard a lot from my seniors studying in this college that is it really a good college overall study wise, placement wise, everything. And even I was in mithibai so I knew about this college so i found it best.

The course gives you overall basics for a field and helps you understand all the basic concepts required for you to go into this field forward. But obviously working in company where we apply these concepts is different but all basics are properly covered.

No they do not provide internships as such but you will have to talk to them personally if something like that is available.

Placements are really good and a lot of companies come in like Infosys and all. You have software developer and analysts job opportunities for BSc.I.T people and for other streams i dont have much idea you can always check out with the placement cell.

There is a college fest A?han that happens every year. It is an annual fest. Make sure not to miss participating in that because you get to learn a lot and you gel up so well with other streams you would never have done without that. We have other events also happening depending on streams.

Fee structure is feasible. Like that's the average any college would charge. It is not expensive in Mumbai and in top colleges in SVKM. And most of all its worth the money attending such a college. You get college reputation and name and also the goodwill.

No, as such I am not aware of such scholarship or loan facility if offered by college but you can always go and inquire.

Not much of campus area for sports but campus life is cool. You have celebraties coming like very frequently. We have debates and competitions always coming up and they help us lot in understanding the syllabus and gaining a lot of knowledge to face the outside world.

SVKM has its own hostel for both boys and girls and you can stay there. Mess food is really good and reasonable. Its tasty and most importantly you find a lot of variety in food. Something is always there to match everyone's taste and variety. You have loads of options.

Yes they are very helpful. You can approach them anytime and they will be really happy to help you out.

We have 2 test T1 and T2 which are the 2 midterm tests will take place each sem. This is followed by a final exam happening at the end of each semester. They are some quizes and small class tests happening sometimes to just help you and gear you up in your studies.

It is an online admission process. You need to fill the form online on the college's website and then come and if your name appears on the list come and submit it offline and do the DD payment of the fees and then they give you the receipt and your admission is done.

The faculty is really good and knowledgeable. Maybe at times some might more you because its a theory subject or the professor has to much knowledge to share so you think i dont wanna go for it and stick to the course but overall they are very helpful.
