Overall a good choice

overall the college is very good except the civil branch management. you can take admission in it

As this is a full government college and I don't want to do my engineering from a private college. Also, I heard a lot about this college from my relatives. Also, I personally know some peoples who have passed out from here and now working in foreign earning 95 lacs p.a. So this was my first choice after iit and nit. I wanted to take admission in cs and it but I got civil branch here. But after coming here I came to know that fire and safety is the best branch here. They get the best placement here. PSU companies directly recruit them from here.

the study or course curriculum here is very nice. you must be serious here for studies because college doesn't care whether you fail or pass. They will do the genuine marking. also, you must have to maintain your attendance otherwise you will have to fill the condolence form.

yeah the college provides intenrship but it doesnot provide stipend. The overall experience is not taht good but its not that bad either.

if you leave the civil branch then the rwst bramch placement is very good. core comapnies come and take studnets at very attracting package. The highest package was from ONGC to safety bramxh student of package 18 lacs. 5 student got placed in it. after tgat cisco 13 lac. vedanta 8 lac.

there are so many extracurricular activities. it got Kerala's second-biggest tech-fest china. fest vipamchika, Shahram and many more. u will get many chances to participate in different activities. there are so many sports and equipment. u can play any of them

its feasible. its of goverment rate i.e 85000/ anum. fee is paid on the semster basis. for studnets outside of kerala it is 43000 per semester and for students if kerala it is 21000 per semesrer. one semester is of 6 months. so yearly the fee becomes 85000.

college offers scholarship for financially weak students bjt the sfudent must know when and how to fill them becaue theg come and go

everythng is best here. campus life is awesome as it is full of fun. outside camous therw arw so many places to go and wander. gender ratio is equal and everyone is open minded but the girls are conservative here. if uare here for study only it is a bery good place.

hostel is so cheap here at the rate of 500/ month. but its hard to get hostel if students outside o kerala. the mess js run different by northy stydents and after flat food that hostel mess is the students second choice. its of good quality and hygiene.

seniors are very hwlpful here. from book to helo anyqhere they will help you. they are like a family herem they care for you. they wiol take you jospital in emregency.

exam struxrure is so simple. there are two internal test and one external. external is of 60 marks and internal is of 50 marks... avg of two is taken and out of 25 is calculated. 10 marks of assignment and 5 of attendance out if 40 is forwarded and this marks + externl marks will be in ur resukt

My rank was 3662 which wasn't enough to get admission in the first campus. I got admitted in the 2nd campus with ECE branch. But after 2 days I got updated and transferred to a civil branch in the main campus as it was my 3 rd choice. As my rank wasn't food I didn't get cs and it here. I took admission here through spot counselling. as I didn't get a seat in seat allotment round. there is a total of 9 rounds of admission with 3 spots one real-time and rest based on rank.

The facukty here are always here to help you. Even on the weekemd you can call them and clear your doubt. They take extra classes here to complete the course. They got friendly nature and will help you at any time. They even help you with financing you.
