Course Curriculum Overview

CBME is the new curriculum it's called competency based medical education teaches each and every student that theoretical knowledge is not enough we should have skills to apply those and be competent doctors in future

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 59000 per year

College fee- 59000 Hostel fee - 40000 Other expenses -15000 We can pay the hostel fees monthly, around 4k per month College fees for OBC people and economically weaker sections will get various scholarships

Campus Life

Campus Life is very cool because of banglore weather festivals like COBALT SKIES AND CHRYSALIS RANAKAHALE ANNUAL SPORT MEET KANNADA HABBA there are numerous groups and student run social groups clubs and student portals

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is like heaven . We've three hostels in total varuna bheema and tunga We'll equipped with great food Monthly mess bill will be around 3500-4000 Overall you can play and party very nice to be in hostel

Admission

You should have to clear NEET exam with more than 650 marks and you should get all India rank below 5k . I got 614 marks in 2020 which was enough then but not now They have reservations like gen OBC SC st everything

This thing is top notch .each and every faculty is highly experienced and with tonnes of knowledge very helpful and caring . Overall teaching is very good both clinical and non clinical. Hospital bed side teaching is also great

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

Mbbs course is one of the high respective course. We want to face many struggles during exams. But in future we will become excellenct doctor. Exams are not that much tough, but still passing marks in mbbs course is 40% (cbme curriculum). Last year it was 50% passing marks. We want to practice diagram for anatomy and physiology we want to write short notes.

The curriculum is great. It is followed as per RGUHS ( Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences) guidelines. There are currently RS4, RS5 and RS6 curriculums. Each curriculum is different in it's own way. The pattern of subjects, exams and NEXT exam has changed as per each year and curriculum.

We have internals once in around 3 months and we have yearly final exams. The average of the three internals is added to the final marks to declare the results. The exams are of average difficulty. Not too difficult to pass.

Placement Experience:

The first batch of students is passed out in this year from our college. Now they are doing their house sutgency. Besides they are preparing for their pg studies. Most of the students will opt for higher studies like MS, MD, etc. Our hospital is average with average cases. And specialty hospital construction work is going on.
