Jai hind was always a dream college for me since so many years. There are so many good things about jai hind college as it is considered as one of the prestigious college in Mumbai. The professor are really good and hold great degrees.

Dislikes

To be precise been in such a prestigious college I feel that washroom need to be cleaned and this is only because of the students that the washrooms are not clean few times

For me I choose bachelor of commerce from jai hind college because the difficulty level of the course lower as compared to other course and was also convenient for me as alternatively I'm also pursuing CA course which in itself makes studies difficult for me

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 21000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

So the program which I have choose is bachelor of commerce and basically it is a 3 years program . For the first year the fees was around 6500 and in second year it was around 7000 and in the final year which a third year was around 8900. The program also has few scholarships which students can apply for

Campus Life

So Jai hind college has a Fest name Talash which takes place every year and also there are many more days which are celebrated. The campus life is quit amazing with many seniors been friendly and guiding to help us grow. The college library is cool place to study even with friends.

Admission

For bachelor of commerce the eligibility for an individual is to clear there 12th boards. Further the application form can be find from the college website where the proper details are given there are certain seats for Sindhi students as there reservation quota, also the admission process is quite simple by submitting few documents and then paying the fees

Jai hind has one of the best faculty members I feel because they are really friendly with students and the ratio of student and teacher mainly depends on the course which a particular individual has selected in my case it's really low.Talking about the interaction with teachers they are really approachable and friendly

TCSC is tremendous!

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
